Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and naga15 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app and services provided by naga15.

By performing any of the following actions — registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, playing any game, or simply browsing the platform — you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Naga15 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Each update will be published on this page along with its effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes full acceptance of the latest version.

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the naga15 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration. naga15 takes child protection seriously and conducts periodic age verification checks.
• A legally competent individual who is capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• Not residing in a country or territory that restricts or prohibits participation in online gaming activities under local law.
• Not an employee or immediate family member a naga15 staff member, software provider, or business partner.
• Registering for personal use only — not on behalf of a third party or business entity.

Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Required details include:

• Full name as stated on a valid identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A mobile number registered in your name
• A strong and unique password

Naga15 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of the platform's compliance procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification, bank statement or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. naga15 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Naga15 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia to make your financial transactions hassle-free. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 and the minimum withdrawal limit is MYR 30. Withdrawals exceeding MYR 10,000 within a 24-hour period may require additional review by our finance team.

Naga15 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges — this is beyond our control. For withdrawals, no fees are charged for members who make at least one withdrawal within a 30-day period.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

Naga15 offers a wide range of bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback bonuses and other periodic promotions. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements clearly stated on the respective promotions page.

• 5.1 Wagering requirements means you are required to wager the bonus amount received the specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• 5.2 Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the period 30 days from the date of issuance will expire automatically.
• 5.3 naga15 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any behavior designed to exploit bonus offers.
• 5.4 Each member is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus one time only. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

Game Rules

All games available on naga15 — including video slots, live casino, fish shooting, bingo and sports betting — operate under their respective rules set by licensed game providers. naga15 acts as a distribution platform and does not modify game mechanics in any way.

• Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, naga15 will attempt to restore the game state to the last recorded point. If restoration is not possible, all affected bets will be fully refunded.
• Sports betting odds are fixed at the time the bet is placed. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• Naga15 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game in the event of a technical error, suspected fraud or extraordinary circumstances beyond the platform's control.

Acceptable Member Conduct

Naga15 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play or place bets automatically
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes ("collusion")
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities
• Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or racist content through any of the platform's communication channels

Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your naga15 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been processed and withdrawn.

Naga15 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Inaccurate or unverifiable account information
• Fraudulent activity or signs of money laundering
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies
• Members who have applied for self-exclusion through our responsible gaming program

In cases of account closure due to a violation, naga15 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with suspected activity until the internal investigation is complete. The outcome of the investigation is final.

naga15 Liability Limits

Naga15 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure maximum platform availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays at all times.

• 9.1 naga15 is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or other damages arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• 9.2 naga15's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
• 9.3 naga15 is not responsible for any personal decisions made by members in relation to gambling, including any financial losses incurred while using the platform.

Terms Amendment and Governing Law

Naga15 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before such changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be deemed inapplicable, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
